Social media is changing the way consumers and businesses communicate today. Social media services offer a unique channel to interact with customers and engage them with your brand. These sites also offer a wealth of information about user behaviors and attitudes. The first step to knowing how to leverage social media is to understand your audience on these sites and how best to communicate with them. During this presentation, Caroline Dangson will present the latest IDC primary research on U.S. consumer social media behaviors and attitudes and the implications for how direct marketers should be utilizing these online tools.
