submit through our secure order system*.

Your registration includes access to the Networking Reception, Dinner and the Dinner Program.
Fees: NEDMA Members: $40.00; Non-members: $50.00. (Non-member payment is required in advance) After Tuesday, January 9th at 5pm and at the door: Members: $50; Non-Members: $60.
I understand that by registering by 1/9/07 I will not have to pay the surcharge but am responsible for full payment whether or not I am able to attend. I know that I may send a substitute at the appropriate member or non-member rate depending on their status.
Note: Individual Member rates are not transferable to non-members.
All employees of Diamond, 10 designated employees of Platinum member companies and 5 designated members of Silver member companies are welcome to attend at member rates.(see new membership level information).
Cancellation policy: Refunds will be available for cancellations received in writing and confirmed by the NEDMA office no later than January 9, 2007. Substitutions can be made at any time.
